Olympians and the lazy feather

There are a number of simple exercises which many rowers think are too easy for them but olympic crews do daily as a part of every training session. This is one of those exercises.

The lazy feather demonstrates to the athlete how easily the blade exits the water and why keeping extra movements to a minimum is important.
