How to watch for washing out

The Coxswain is in a great position to view technique issues in the boat.

Here we show what washing out looks like from the coxswain's seat.  As a coxswain, if you ask the athlete to hold the finish in, i.e., handle up at the finish, you will see an immediate improvement.
