Floating finish to understand the handle height

In a sweep boat often athletes will not fully understand the position of the oar at the finish.

Just before the tap out the oar blade needs to be still buried in the water.

Here we demonstrate a drill to increase the understanding of oar height at the finish.  Better boat speed will be the result.
