Avoiding using the arms at the catch - How to teach on an ergo Part 1

Athletes can coach themselves with the use of mirrors in the erg room.

Here we demonstrate what grabbing at the catch means and how to make the athlete feel and see when they are doing it incorrectly.

Once the athlete knows and sees this they can coach themselves when doing ergo sessions thereby avoiding picking up bad habits.
