Injury can stop a campaign quicker than anything.
Hence during each part of the program be very mindful of injury and make sure that athletes do not try to push through a piece without understanding if this is the right course of action.

Food is also vital to performance and a lack of food or water is often the primary cause of fatigue. Education in this area is important.
