Recovery in the program - Important
Recovery in the program is vital to performance. Indeed without recovery the body will not improve in strength or endurance.
Hence please make sure that the program suits the athlete and that the recovery of the athlete is monitored and when needed modify the program to suit the athlete needs.
If over training occurs then it will slow the athlete and can have lasting ill effects.
