5 Body Position mistakes that Upset Balance

In this video, Ken and Mel demonstrate the five most common mistakes that rowers make with their bodies. These mistakes result in upsetting the balance of the boat. Ken shows how by using a couple of simple aids, it is easy for a coach to identify if an athlete has a problem with their body position in the boat.

The gear in this video is a Swingulator; this one represents a pair and is particularly useful for teaching athletes how to row sweep.
