Grip width, what's the best when rowing sweep?

if you have got a wide grip that means
this arm is not going to actually hold any
load whatsoever because of its way out
here how's it going to be able to hold
any load well the new handles have got
quite a bit of space on them you know so
you wouldn't want to you don't want to
be too wide but hey it's a person
preferences as long as you're getting
out of the the kid or whatever that
you that you want you say make sure
they'll be comfortable you know on them
coming down onto the fat part and and
having to be rowing there like I said
before the closer hands together more
leverage you've got try it yourselves
you'll find out you'll go hey that is
not bad so it's personal preference
sometimes we do wide-grip why do you do
y group to try and take it out of the
inside arm because everybody's trying to
row with the inside arm and it's very
easy to when you're row one side
