Master your grip. It's worth it!

The sculling grip is fundamental when managing the catch and finish. In this video, John discusses the essential components of the sculling grip throughout the stroke. He highlights the common problems and gives a good exercise to help with grip relaxation.

John's work in quads has seen his crews to two World Cup Golds in 2016 and a silver medal at the Rio Olympics as well as a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics.
