How to teach beginners to row correctly on the ergo
The most important lessons for beginner athletes are those that teach the beginner athletes how to have the correct posture in the rowing stroke especially how to control the pelvis.
Additionally, the sequence of the rowing stroke is best learnt on the ergo before hitting the water.
