Here we have our fully editable, linked to our videos, programs (covering 2 months for Beginners) with an attached Coach Resource Program for each month to assist Schools and Clubs easily educate and develop their members and coaches.
Athletes without coaches can also use these programs to coach themselves using mirrors and having a friend video them occasionally. In the video to the side we demonstrate how to best use the Excel program. |
